Prosser PTA has been working hard to try and make meaningful efforts to assist and improve our schools. Your suggestions and input are essential for our success. Together I believe we could generate some very exciting improvements for our school district.
“Reflections” is PTA’s annual arts program. This nation-wide program has encouraged millions of students to express themselves through the arts. This year’s theme is “Diversity Means…”. Students from preschool to grade 12 may create and submit entries in various categories that include dance choreography, music, film, literature, visual arts, and photography.
As you can see, there are several different classes that could potentially incorporate this opportunity in to their curriculum. Entries are due late Dec./early January and all Prosser students will receive recognition of their work at an awards ceremony to be held in January. The top entrants are entered at the state level and are eligible for monetary and national recognition. More information may be found on the Reflections website through State PTA.

Sat. November 19th 10am-4pm Prosser PTA will co-ordinate a ceramics painting party with all proceeds to benefit Sofia Martinez. Come and paint an ornament or other fun item(s). Drop-in to the Prosser Boys and Girls Club, donate $3-$6 per piece and join the painting party!
Tues. December 13th 7:00-8pm We will be hosting a craft party to make thank-you cards to sell as a fundraiser.
Tues. January 10th 7:00-8pm Bill Jenkin from Edward Jones will explain strategies for personal investing.

An annual individual membership for Prosser PTA is $14, and Family memberships are $22. These prices include membership for State PTA and National PTA organizations.
Member/volunteer forms are available in school offices/download from our website. These dues are critical for our basic operating costs, allowing all funds raised to go directly in to the schools.
